Procedure: The information received on this number will be forwarded to the respective local bodies through the state-level war room, who will immediately remove the waste and take legal action, including fines, against the culprits.
Cash award you can get:
The government has announced a financial reward for the public who provide information with accurate evidence about those who litter in public places. The informant will receive 25% (one-fourth) of the fine collected from the offenders or a maximum of Rs. 2,500 as a reward. The identity of the informant will be kept strictly confidential.
