Monsoon Hazards: Remove Dangerous Trees Immediately!
⚠️ The public is urged to exercise caution regarding trees on private properties that are in a precarious condition, as they could topple during the upcoming monsoon and cause loss of life or damage to property.
📌 Important Points to Note:
Property owners must, at their own expense and responsibility, proactively cut down or trim any trees or branches on their land that pose a safety hazard.
If such trees are not removed and any accidents, damages, or losses occur as a result, the tree owner shall bear sole and full responsibility under Section 30(2)(v) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
🤝 Please cooperate to prevent accidents. Stay safe!
